- TMCF will identify candidates from each of its 47 member schools to participate – over 4000 candidates carefully screened and selected annually.
- Predominantly Juniors and Seniors – ready to fill internship and entry-level positions.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (average GPA - 3.48).
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Prior work or internship experience.
- Dedicated, hardworking, team oriented individuals.
